it's hard to just lie down and go to sleep – even when on
holiday – someone might steal your job for a start. However,
at Black Pencil Design we recognize the need for
all our employees to recharge their batteries, though not all at
once, that would never do.

Before
setting off on holiday, we insist that our staff produce a visualisation
of just how their holiday will look. Most of them can't see past
the airport.
